My Personal "Cash 2 Me" Experience
In 2012 I wrote a Heart Attack & Stroke “Cash 2 Me” policy, on myself, with a $10,000 Lump Sum Upon Diagnosis benefit. The benefit is designed to TRIGGER UPON DIAGNOSIS ~ NOT TREATMENT. Treatment is irrelevant for making a claim.
In January 2020 I had a Heart Attack.
In February 2020 I made a claim on that policy.
In March 2020 I received a check for $10,000
In 2012 I also wrote a $10,000 Cancer “Cash 2 Me” policy, on myself, with a $10,000 Lump Sum Upon Diagnosis benefit. In 2018 I wrote myself another $20,000 of Lump Sum Upon Diagnosis Cancer “Cash 2 Me” policy.
Fortunately, have not had to make any claims for Cancer ~ yet. However, both my parents died of Cancer and I was super sunburned every summer until my mid-twenties. I am not “terrified” of receiving a Cancer diagnosis; but I am “concerned”.
On the About Me page of this website I articulate my personal philosophy:
“Whatever you believe about the future, your future,
determines the decisions you make today.”
What do you think is in your future?
I recommend “Cash 2 U” insurance to anybody and everybody who can get it.
These plans are not Guaranteed Issue, there are health questions.
